By accessing or using polyloly.com ("Polyloly", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Polyloly is a free informational analytics platform that displays publicly available market data from Polymarket prediction markets. Polyloly is similar to financial data platforms like TradingView (stocks) or CoinGecko (cryptocurrency).

Polyloly is NOT:

• A gambling platform or betting operator.
• A licensed financial advisor.
• A broker, exchange, or market maker.
• A counterparty to any trade displayed.
• Affiliated with Polymarket Inc. (we are an independent third-party analytics tool).

2. No Investment Advice

All information on Polyloly is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do not make financial decisions based solely on information shown here.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Polyloly. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to do so in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibility for Legal Compliance

Prediction markets are regulated differently across jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws regarding:

• Whether you may legally view, analyze, or trade on prediction markets.
• Tax obligations arising from any trades you may execute (not via Polyloly).
• Reporting requirements in your country of residence.

Polyloly displays data regardless of your location. Accessing this data does not authorize or facilitate any illegal activity.

5. Tips (Voluntary Payments)

Users may choose to send us voluntary tips via Stripe. By doing so:

• Tips are non-refundable gifts and do not grant any service, product, or benefit beyond a thank-you message.
• Your name (first name + initial only) may be displayed on our public supporters leaderboard.
• Tips are processed by Stripe under their Terms of Service.
• You can request removal from the leaderboard by emailing hi@polyloly.com.

6. Referral Links

Links to polymarket.com on Polyloly may include our referral parameter (?r=gwihum). If you register on Polymarket through such links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Polymarket's terms apply to any transactions you make on their platform.

7. Data Accuracy

We source data from Polymarket's public APIs and WebSocket feeds. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranty about:

• Completeness, timeliness, or reliability of displayed data.
• Availability of the Service (we may be offline for maintenance or outages).
• Accuracy of "insider detection" scores (algorithmic estimates, not verified).

8. Intellectual Property

The Polyloly name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Market data displayed is owned by Polymarket Inc. and used under fair use for analytics purposes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service (other than stated public APIs).
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other users.
• Re-distribute our data as your own product.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Polyloly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• We are not liable for any trading losses or decisions you make based on information shown.
• Total liability is capped at $100 USD or the amount of tips you sent us, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polyloly, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last updated" date at the top.
